Our Standard Zone 4 homestays are located in safe, residential areas with good transport links such as West Finchley, Southgate, Boston Manor and Wembley |

| Travel time: | We will always try to place you within 45-60 minutes by underground, mainline train or bus to your place of study. |

| Length of stay: | The minimum length of stay is 2 weeks. |

| Minimum age: | The minimum age for students is 16 years old. |

| Your room: | A clean and comfortable room with a desk for private study and space for your clothes. |

| Cleaning/laundry: | Rooms are cleaned weekly, bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Homestays will either do a small amount of your laundry or will allow you to use their laundry facilities (2 washes per week). |

Hosts/Area |
Hosts who live in zone 4 usually have more time to spend with students than Hosts in central London. Zone 4 hosts are located in residential/suburban areas and therefore quieter and greener than central London. Large shopping malls, sports fields and parks are usually within easy reach. |
